(October 15, 2012)--Holly Williams, granddaughter of the legendary Hank Williams, Sr.,, will be releasing her new album "The Highway" in February.
Charlie Peacock co-produced the new release, which is Williams' third, and it features a number of guest appearances by such artists as Jackson Browne, Jakob Dylan, Dierks Bentley, and actress Gwyneth Paltrow.
Williams told American Songwriter that her new song "Drinkin'" is what her grandfather used to call a "10 minute song."
After a bit of a writing lull in 2011 she said she woke up one morning and the song "poured out."
