BIRMINGHAM, England (April 18, 2013)--Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi says he has Ozzy Osbourne to thank for catching his lymphoma in time.
Iommi told The Mail of Birmingham, England, he felt a pain in his groin and Osbourne stayed on his case about seeing a doctor.
Iommi said he has to have an antibody administered by drip every six weeks, and he's usually sick for about 10 days afterward.
He said the band has arranged the Black Sabbath tour dates around his treatment and on the whole he's felt "pretty good -- great, even."
