NASHVILLE (December 17, 2012)--Peter Frampton has promised the choreographer for the Cincinnati Ballet he will be able to work with Frampton's music by Christmas dinner.
The Cincinnati Ballet asked to use Frampton's music, and Frampton offered to write some new music as well.
The first and third parts will be Frampton hits, but the middle part will be music he wrote specifically for the ballet.
Frampton said it's not classical music, but in his style.
He said he’s enjoying writing it because it's pieces of music instead of the traditional verse-chorus-bridge-solo format of rock songs.
The ballet will be staged in April.
