MARSHVILLE, N.C. (July 17, 2013)--The brother of ailing country singer Randy Travis has been arrested after sheriff's deputies found a methamphetamine lab inside his home, authorities in Union County, N.C., said.
Sheriff’s investigators searched the home of David Traywick, 50, on Tuesday and said they found a working meth lab.
Deputies arrested Traywick, his wife, Jessica, and two other women.
They were all charged with conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.
David and Jessica Traywick were jailed in lieu of $500,000 each and were ordered to appear in court Wednesday.
Last September, deputies arrested Traywick in connection with the discovery of a makeshift meth lab near his home in Marshville, N.C.
Travis is in a Dallas-area hospital, where he's recovering from surgery following a stroke.
