NASHVILLE (February 18, 2013)—The Texas governor’s office will present Toby Keith with a certificate next month declaring the country music star an honorary Texan.
The presentation is on March 3 at the Texas Heritage Songwriters' Hall of Fame in Austin.
Keith, who’s from Oklahoma, will perform at the event in honor of Roger Miller.
