BUFFALO, N.Y. (October 8, 2012)—Alicia Guastaferro, a former teen pageant princess who was once featured in the reality show "Wife Swap," is expected to plead not guilty this week to charges of prostitution and drug possession.

Guastaferro, who turned 21 last month, was arrested in August at a New York Thruway travel plaza.

Court documents say she told state troopers the Rochester attorney she was with, James Doyle, paid her as much as $700 twice a month to spend the night and have sex.

Guastaferro's lawyer, Dan Killelea, said she'll plead not guilty in Pembroke Town Court on Tuesday.

Doyle also faces charges.

He denies the allegations.

Guastaferro sued ABC over the "Wife Swap" episode, claiming that its unfair portrayal of a spoiled 15-year-old made her a target of ridicule.

The lawsuit was settled last year.
