(March 13, 2008)—Police confirmed Thursday that agents executed a pair of search warrants Monday in the Bell County community of Rogers, but provided little additional information about the methamphetamine raids in which four people were arrested.

Agents with the Temple Narcotics Unit and Temple SWAT Team executed the warrants around 5:30 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of East Prairie and the 600 block of Paul Street.

The names of those taken into custody were not released.

In a brief press release issued Thursday afternoon, Temple police said the raids were part of an ongoing investigation and that a federal judge had sealed specific information about the case.

Drugs are everywhere, regardless of the size of the community. We should all keep our eyes open and phone the police when we see suspicious activity. Even if it's just a group gathered on a street corner.
