(May 13, 2008)--The trial of the wife of an Oklahoma deputy prison warden who spent years on the run with a convicted killer before she was caught in Texas has been delayed.
Bobbi Parker is charged with helping Randolph Dial escape from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite on Aug. 30, 1994.
The two were found April 4, 2005 at a chicken ranch in Campti.
The Oklahoma judge stepped down because he was an assistant district attorney when Dial was charged with escape.
Parker claims Dial abducted her and she stayed with him because she was afraid of what he would do to her family.
Dial also told investigators he kidnapped Parker and brainwashed her into believing he could hurt her family.
Dial has since died in prison.
