(May 14, 2008)—Authorities were looking for three men Wednesday after the Wells Fargo Bank in Marquez was robbed.

A teller called 911 just after 9:40 a.m. Wednesday to report the robbery.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office said authorities are looking for an older white male with gray hair and a full gray beard and two Hispanic males who made away with an undisclosed amount of cash after locking bank employees in a bathroom.

There were no reports of injuries.

Other details were not immediately available.

u people proably don't even know the whole story so why are yall complaining anyways it proably was 3 people nobody knows so stop complaining.......................

Good question Eva. I was told by a deputy that is was only one person not 3. It was a white man and that this was the 11th Bank he had robbed. FBI and the Texas Rangers were all over Marquez after this happened. They took video from the local stores also. Evidently they figured out somehow he had done this before. He had a gun and said he had a grenade.
