(May 28, 2008)—The McLennan County Water Control and Improvement District issued a boil order Wednesday evening for customers in Elm Mott.

The order was issued after water pressure dropped.

It will remain in effect until routine tests confirm the water supply is free of contaminants.

When I called this morning the boil order did not include those who get water from Pure Water Supply Co-op. This includes most of the Lincoln City ares of Elm Mott.
