I gotta wonder about the Killeen police department. What idiot thought it was a good idea to have a sting to catch people not slowing for an emeergency vehicle. The key is in the report, they said it was to raise awareness. A warning ticket would raise awareness. Passing out citations raises revenue. That and the red light cameras causes me to question anything the KPD does. If they were soliciting they should go to jail. KPD needs to understand public service and leave revenue to the city council.

If we make this legal than it would safer for the weman and there is men out there doing this too people. Than it would be safer theres alote of ways they could do this to have rules like to see the doctor and make sure thier not passing all kinds of diseases around give free precation thangs condums and other stuff you and teach them how to have all kinds of sex without getting are passing things to each other so men or weman dont take it home to thier husbands or wivies Its never going to stop like Candy said this has been around for ever its not going any where ya
