Central Texas Man Indicted For Arson Save Email Print

(July 23, 2008)--A 21-year-old Waco man who was arrested in April after a fire was deliberately set in the laundry room of the Commons Apartments at 5000 Sanger Ave. in Waco was indicted for arson Wednesday.

The Waco Fire Marshal’s Office arrested Michael Gonzales at the apartment complex on a warrant charging felony arson after authorities reviewed surveillance video.

Investigators were trying to determine whether the April fire could be linked to as many as 10 other fires at the complex dating back to May 2006.
