Things I would like to say to the people concerned about spelling...get a life! Also an Innocent Victim? Yea, he was...just because he got pushed away about that time and was trying to be somewhere he wanted to be or where he knew he was welcome...this doesn't make him any less innocent. Do you ever go out that late? I bet you don't because you base your life on some silly moral code you think you have to live by and if everyone else does different I cause they are less innocent huh? You need a reality check...your just about the littlest person living in a big world! I barely knew him but I knew enough to know how great of a person he was and if you had met him you would have felt the same almost instantly!

The police are letting a lot of time pass by. They are not asking the right questions and are not talking to the right people. I could help with the timeline and they have not even talk to me yet. Its wierd, maybe its because he is a young hispanic male. I am a witness to Roberts and his girlfriends demenor when they left the club. I asked them to leave. He was calm, she was not. The police need to start asking the right questions. If it had been a young white girl killed I think the police would have some results by now. As for some using this tragedy to "hate" on Stevie, that is uncalled for. He feels just as bad as I do that this happened to Robert. Robert only came to the bar three times so we really did not know him. But one thing we do know is that a twenty-one year old man should not have been murdered under any circumstances. Its bad for his friends and family, its bad for the community, its bad for everyone, but its really going to be bad for the person who did this.

Candy? "no one should be done like that?" and "the police will find out who did this dont count own it are they will set someone up just to shut the family up? Punctation would be nice so we know what it is you are talking about. Kim was correct in her spelling, you on the other hand need to proof read what you type before you send it. My prayers go out to the family, hope they find who did this terrible, cowardly act.

First I would like to say that the death of Robert Nevarez was a sad and tragic event. I do hope the killer or killers are caught and punished. There are a lot of comments being made, some good, some very bad. Those of you who don't know the facts need to please stop making them up. I know some of the facts of the events before the murder. This is rumor control. I am the bouncer who asked Robert and his girlfriend to leave M.C's on Friday night. Robert and his girlfriend were asked to leave because of domestic type issues. Robert lefted peacefully, but his girlfriend did'nt. She was very mad at him. Robert handled the situation rather well and I thanked him for his manners. Before she left the girlfriend made several comments that were unsettling about Robert. Robert left with his cousins boyfriend. I shook his hand before he left. He was rather calm. His girlfriend left with Roberts cousin. Although they were at M.C.s this tragedy had nothing to do with the bar. I not defending M.C's, I am just stating the facts. They left the bar at 1:52 AM. Calls came in about 4:00 am about him lying in the street. I have heard statments of his activities after he left the bar, but I will not comment on them because I do not know them to be facts. To Roberts family and friends I am deeply disturbed that this happened to him. I wish I knew what happedned after he left the bar.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all family and friends of Robert. First I am not withholding any information concerning this case. Secondly all the illegal activity that people are allegding on this site are false. Third the comment that was made about "Bad for Business" was taken out of context. The whole interview was not aired. I have spoken with his family and I am and will help them with the investigation any way I can. Lets focus all of our energy on catching the person or persons responsible for this tragedy.

First of all the police should look at the crazy B#@#@ girlfriend of his ,she is one nut case shes one that would have you shot in a mint.If things don't go her way my family almost found out the hard way , but thanks to god we dont live in north waco any more that nut case needs to be investigated, theres a big chance that she had him shot and if thats the case she needs to be put away for a very long time, but thats just me. My condolences go out to all of little Roberts family and may God Bless him.

One has to wonder what he was doing out at 4 A.M.? Innocent victim?

Posted by: jj on Aug 25, 2008 at 02:27 PM
How can anyone be so heartless as to kill someone in such a manner. Lil Rob was a good person and didnt deserve to be taken from the people that truly loved him. Now he leaves behind a family who is hurt and saddened, and as we all know needs closure! Anyone who knows anything please come forward, its whats right! As for the family, PLEASE keep them in prayer, only God can wrap his loving ars around this family and give them the peace they need! God Bless all The Nevarez Family and close friends!!!!!

Like the old song says"The freaks come out at night" somebody needs the death penalty,so lets see what our local D.A is not going to do about this. It sends a message to all of the other animals wondering auld late at night high as a kite waiting to hurt someone else.

MC's owner knows more than what he's saying. He was kicked out a few hours earlier and later ends up dead a few feet away from the business.MC's is very shady they sell alcohol after hours, illegal gambling, drugs, somebody needs to call TABC.

Where is the girlfriend? What were they arguing about? Maybe another girlfriend/boyfriend? Lots of questions, no answers. Tragic loss for the family.

Posted by: Anon Location: Waco on Aug 24, 2008 at 10:33 AM
I'm praying for this young man's family. What a horrible loss. From what people are saying about him he was an incredible person. Find this heathen that shot him and make him pay.
