Man Wanted In Beating And Rape Now In Custody Save Email Print

(October 3, 2008)—Just hours after Killeen police asked for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in the beating and sexual assault of a woman found by a passerby on a local street, officers made the arrest.

Officers arrested Jamaal Larome Green, 25, just before 2:30 p.m. Friday after responding to a report of a disturbance at 813 W. Dean.

Green was is wanted in connection with the April 9 attack in which a woman was severely beaten and sexually assaulted.

A passerby found the victim early in the morning on Gilmer Street, police said.

Everyone is in titled to there on opinion but if there are no physical evidence then a person is wrongfully accused. This person is not capable of doing this and the comments that are posted are just people taughts based on hear say. If he so called did it were is the proof. Is the system correct are do they not make mistakes. when he is found inocent then the system have ruined him and his family lives get proof before you accuse.And for the horrible comments it makes you wonder what kind of people are out there.

Some of the stuff you guys are saying are true about rapists but some are not for example this guy that raped that female is married so its not like he didnt have a women and he looked pretty decent person and i know that because he used to be my neigbor and i would never imagen that he would do some stuff like that but i guess you can never know who your neigbors are.

I know that these perverts crave the rush it gives them to rape people. They are sick, demented human beings! What I am saying is that they can buy a prostitute, role play, or whatever, but the raping of innocent people and children is pathetic, and justice should be served. I worked for the prison system for years, and I can tell you they do not like rapists in there. He will get whats coming to him!

You're right KDF, it's about power. Drama queen is also right: porn contributes greatly. I researched sex offender behavior at one point and I found that pornography (in the extreme) was ALWAYS a precursor to rape/indecency to a child. Porn creates a fantasy world in their minds and eventually they can't help but seek to make that fantasy a reality. It's so incredibly sick but that's how they think. Women don't have to live in fear all the time though. Obviously you can't very well protect yourself from a gun but learn self-defense, carry pepper spray, do something. I hope he gets what he deserves in prison. :)
