Central Texas Couple Loses Home To Fire
A Central Texas woman escaped unhurt after fire broke out in the home she shared with her husband, who was in the hospital at the time of the blaze.

(December 27, 2008) - Morgan's Point firefighters are investigating a fire that destroyed a home at 17 Mustang Drive Saturday night.

The fire broke out around about 7:15 p.m. Saturday.

Firefighters say it appears the fire started in the kitchen.

Only two people lived in the home.

The husband was in the hospital at the time of the fire.

The wife was able to make it out of the fire unhurt, but the couple reportedly has no insurance.
