(February 16, 2009)—Katy Jordan, 57, of Hico, who was seriously injured in a crash Sunday that killed two teenagers, died Monday morning at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, authorities said.

Jordan was injured in a crash around 6:30 p.m. Sunday nine miles north of Stephenville on U.S. Highway 377 in which Megan Crocker, 17 of Tolar and Carissa Swain, 16, of Stephenville were killed

Investigators said the 2004 Kia Sedona that Crocker was driving drifted into the southbound lane of the highway and then veered back into the northbound lane.

The driver overcorrected, investigators said, and lost control of the vehicle.

A 2008 Ford Expedition that Jordan was driving south on the highway struck the Kia on the passenger side, killing both of the teenagers, who were pronounced dead at the scene.

May God bless all friends and families of the two,Rest In Peace Meagan "Mea Mea" Crocker and Carissa Ann "Princess" Swain.. and for the people at the bottom,if you would read the report, speed was NOT a factor in the accident. everyone has crossed that line a time or two, don't lie, God just decided it was their time to go. have a heart next time and have more respect than that. many people are deeply hurt by this, think before you speak.
