WACO (March 18, 2009)-Bonds total $3.75 million for Bruce Uzzell Gray, Jr. 47, of Woodway who was arrested Tuesday evening at his home on warrants charging display of harmful material to a minor, indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault.

Authorities said Gray managed a local Wal-Mart store for 22 years and now works as a manager at Lowe’s in Waco.

Gray is named complaints charging three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, one count of indecency with a child and one count of display of harmful material to a minor.

The affidavits submitted for the arrest warrants detail two incidents, one on Jan. 3 and one on Jan. 24, both of which occurred in the master bedroom of Gray’s home at 10015 Townridge Dr.

In the first, the victim told investigators he and Gray were watching pornographic movies and that both were unclothed.

In the second incident, there was sexual contact, the affidavit said.

Gray was in the McLennan County Jail Wednesday.

So your saying that it doesn't matter that his son won't have a father for the rest of his life? And that dumb people like you should know that only family and friends Can read this your only hurting them when they already have enough hurt in their life.

Yay! He can't post bond! Thank you judge! I have no sympathy for this kind. You want to talk about the family, HIS family, and thier feelings? What about the innocnet child that he destroyed? He inflicted so much on this 12 yr old boy..he will be scarred physically, mentally, and emotionally for the rest of his life. The kid can't come back from something like that..nobody can. So all you "annonymous" people asking us to shut up, NOT HAPPENING. Not from me. Somebody needs to stand up for this child. I hope and pray he gets the max and I am prying for the victim and his family as well.
