Authorities said Gray managed a local Wal-Mart store for 22 years and now works as a manager at Lowe’s in Waco.
Gray is named complaints charging three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, one count of indecency with a child and one count of display of harmful material to a minor.

I also worked for Bruce as a store manager and stunned has hit it right on the nose. He was a absolute crazy man. His days consisted of making our days unbearable. Many of the store managers who worked for Bruce are now divorced due to the amount of hrs he made us work. He was unhappy so he made us unhappy. Our families paid for this due to lack of time spent with them. Well I agree as would so many other associates if they knew of this. His life is now over. His family I'm sure is suffering from the lack of him not being there. I know how close he and his son were so I really feel for him. I can not believe that he would put his son through this. Bruce was many thing I just can not imagine him doing this to anyone. I quess you never know how dark and deep the past lies in a person. Deeply saddened by this news. Spencer keep your head held high. No one needs to blame nor hold his family responsible for his actions. Why Why Why would you do this to someones child you sick sick man..
WOW Bruce: For those of you who have worked for Bruce you all know that he hated women. He fired plenty of great store managers for just not liking them. He keep women store managers around only to verbally abuse them and make them cry. He was a horrible manager who only taught of himself. Amazed at how he could hurt his son in this manner. His wife was an awesome person I can now understand why she left him. I can't believe that he has put his family through this. I pray for his family they do not deserve this nor does the family who's son was involved and every dog has his day . Bruce this is yours. It's ashame that other people had to go down with you. Shocked yes, but you do deserve what you will get in prison. He was a strange man who pushed around people to get his point across. He was a angry man and you could tell this he one have ever worked for him. Good luck in prison you will need it.
He was a good, hardworking decent man when he was in LA. I am not sure what made him do the things he is accused of doing but I do not think anybody in this world is totally perfect and without wrong doings. I pray for his family and the childs family that they all can heal from this horrible action
