Cameron Man Arrested For Injuring a Child
Cameron police have arrested a 24-year-old local man and charged him with injury to a 10-year-old child.

CAMERON (March 26, 2009)-Joshua Maricle, 24, of Cameron, was arrested Wednesday night on a charge of injury to a child.
Cameron police officers Tom DeWees and Jason Lantz were dispatched to the West Housing apartment complex at about 9:12 p.m. Wednesday after a caller reported a child had been assaulted there.
Initial investigation by officers revealed a 10-year-old boy had reported he was assaulted three times in three different locations within the complex.
Officers also learned Maricle reportedly had forced entry at on of the locations in an attempt to take the child. The resident there was able to prevent the child being taken.
Maricle was taken into custody at the complex and charged with injury to a child and one count of burglary of an habitation, enhanced to a 1st Degree Felony in that officers found intent to assault a child.
Maricle in being held in the Milam County Jail awaiting arraignment and bond.

Assaulted a child THREE TIMES? and into other apartments? Sounds like maybe the kid did something to some other child... or something maybe. Who knows anymore, people are crazy. The only thing I can see is if the kid hurt this guy's kid or sister or something.
Maybe if there weren't so many typos this story would make some sense. Whichever way though, he assaulted a child, it does not matter in which way, shape or form he deserves to be punbished!
