WACO (July 5, 2009)--A man who was driving north on Highway 6 was injured when his vehicle rolled after blowing a tire near the Speegleville exit.
The car veered into the highway median and rolled at least once, the Department of Public Safety said.
The man was trapped in his car for a short time until he was removed by firefighters.
DPS troopers said the right rear tire separated, which caused the vehicle to swerve into the median and then roll.
Robert Malvaez, of Waco was transported to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
