Baylor Sportscaster Injured In Truck-Bicycle Accident
Baylor sportscaster John Morris was injured Tuesday morning when a truck struck his bicycle.

WACO (July 20, 2010)—Baylor sportscaster and former News 10 sports anchor John Morris was injured Tuesday morning when a truck struck him as he rode his bicycle in the 800 block of Hewitt Drive.
The accident happened at about 7:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Morris was taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center with minor injuries.
He was treated and later released.
Morris was riding south on Hewitt Drive when the southbound truck struck him.
The accident happened in a construction zone.

First of all, John Morris is one of the nicest people I have ever met and prayers have been answered that he is going to be okay. Secondly, those of you ranting on about who's fault it is: were you there? Nowhere in the article did it say that it was the truck driver's fault. It said he was "struck by a southbound truck" ... that doesn't implicate the driver being at fault. God be with him if it does, especially in a construction zone -- ticket fines double.
