Soldier Found Unresponsive In Barracks Dies At Local Hospital

FORT HOOD (February 13, 2012)--Pfc. Joe Christopher Robinson, 21, of Mineral Wells, who was found unresponsive in his barracks room on Thursday, died the next day at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Fort Hood said Monday.

Robinson joined the Army in 2008 and in 2009 was assigned to 1st Cavalry Division’s 1st Squadron, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team.

His death is under investigation.
