NORTHFIELD, Ill. (September 1, 2014) Kraft is recalling almost 7,700 cases of four varieties of its regular singles cheese product because a supplier didn’t store an ingredient in compliance with the company’s temperature standards.
“While unlikely, this could create conditions that could lead to premature spoilage and/or food borne illness,” the company said in its announcement.
The company hasn’t received any reports of illness.
The recalled products have best-when-used dates of Feb. 20, 2015 and Feb. 21, 2015 and were shipped to customers across the U.S.
