Time In The Womb Can Affect Performance In The Classroom

CHICAGO (July 2, 2012)--A new study in the journal Pediatrics suggests that a little more time in the womb could do some good even for full-term babies.

A study of children born full-term found that those born at 37 or 38 weeks didn't perform as well on third-grade math and reading tests as children born a week or two later.
