After over 16 years of being an excellent customer with no claims we had a question about damage done during a storm. The next thing we know Germania drops us with only two months notice because our home needed a paint job. No one ever talked with us, looked inside or around the house, or determined the home was uninsurable. We questioned Germania and received an insult as a reply. Numerous correspondence with Germania's president, vice president, and board have gone unanswered. Sorry, sorry customer service!
