A former suburban Waco man who interrupted jury deliberations in his capital murder retrial to plead guilty to murder in the fiery deaths of his adopted stepsons was transferred Friday to a state prison unit, from which he could soon be released.
Edward Graf, who has been on trial for more than two weeks in connection with the 1986 fiery deaths of his adopted stepsons, elected Tuesday to plead guilty to the court in exchange for a 60 year prison sentence.
