WACO (December 24, 2012)—A man was being held Monday in the McLennan County Jail on three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Jesus Ricario, 25, of Waco, was booked into the McLennan County Jail on Saturday after his arrest by Waco police.

A Waco Police Department spokesman said a 12-year-old girl made an outcry to an adult, who then reported it to police.

The incident happened on Nov. 6 at a residence in South Waco.

The jail log reflected Ricario was arrested on three separate warrants, each charging aggravated sexual assault of a child.
