WACO (August 2, 2013) -- Police are searching for a suspect after a loan company was robbed at gunpoint late Friday.
Waco Police report a black male entered through the back of the Covington Credit Corporation building on W. Waco Drive at approximately 6:15 p.m.
The man was wearing a camouflage shirt, tan pants, camouflage ski mask and was carrying a black handgun.
An unknown amount of cash was taken from the company, and a purse was taken from one of the employees.
The man fled out the back of the building.
Witnesses reported he left the scene in a late model white four door car headed north on 25th street.
No arrests have been reported.
