WACO (July 12, 2012)--Former Moody School Board member Michael Aycock, who's accused of having sex with an intoxicated 16-year-old girl, was named Wednesday in a new indictment that includes additional charges against him.
Aycock now faces two counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child by contact.
He was arrested in May on the original charge, but since has posted a $250,000 bond and been released from the McLennan County Jail.
The complaint stems from an incident in August 2010, in which "Aycock… did intentionally and knowingly have sexual intercourse with another that was not his spouse, and, who at 16 years old was not legally able to give consent and was also otherwise not able to give consent due to a state of intoxication," the affidavit submitted for the arrest warrant said.
