BELTON (November 20, 2013) Power was restored to about 1,400 customers in Bell County Wednesday morning after a power interruption left homes and businesses without electricity.

Oncor spokesman Karl Green said a blown fuse at a transmission station was responsible for the outage.

Green said the outage was first reported at about 8 a.m. and all customers had power restored by 9 a.m.

Green said the main area affected was west of Belton.
