CHINA SPRING (December 6, 2012)--The superintendent at China Spring Independent School District confirmed Thursday that the administration is investigating a report of improper communications between a teacher and a student.
Dr. Jason McCullough said the teacher was asked to go home while the investigation is conducted.
McCullough said there was no physical relationship alleged in the report, which was brought to his attention Thursday.
Details about the student were not released and the teacher's name has not been released because she has not been charged.
McCullough said law enforcement officials have been contacted and are aware of the internal investigation.
