WACO (September 26, 2013)--A Waco man was held Thursday in the McLennan County Jail after a handgun was pointed at some neighborhood kids.
Darryl Louis Robinson, 24, was ordered held on bonds totaling $30,000, charged with three counts of aggravated assault.
On August 13 officers were sent to the 1200 block of Ross Avenue after a 16-year-old boy reported that a man had threatened him with a handgun Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said.
Police learned a similar incident had happened the day before when the teenager's two younger siblings, ages 11, and 7, told their mother a man had pointed a gun at them.
When the teenager confronted the man the next day, the man produced the firearm again and threatened him, police said.
Robinson was arrested Wednesday and was booked into jail early Thursday.
