MART (December 17, 2013) A McLennan County man was held Tuesday in the McLennan County Jail after he was charged in connection with the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl that occurred following a party after a local high school football game in November.
Jordan Lee Williams, 22, was ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bond charged with sexual assault, according to the online McLennan County Jail roster.
Williams was arrested Monday on a warrant issued in connection with the Nov. 8 sexual assault of a 17-year-old Mart High School junior, sheriff's Capt. Bubba Collier said Tuesday.
The girl was sexually assaulted after attending a party with a group of students on Nov. 8 on a secluded road near Mart following a Mart High School football game, Collier said.
The teenager told investigators she knew the man who sexually assaulted her.
