BOSQUEVILLE (December 18, 2013) McLennan County Sheriff's deputies were on the campus of Bosqueville Elementary School Wednesday afternoon and the campus was on lockdown while authorities searched for a kidnapped woman.

Chief McLennan County Deputy Matt Cawthon said the sheriff's office was assisting Waco police in a search for a woman who was taken by force from a home in the 3300 block of Lyle Avenue.

The woman has children who attend the Bosqueville school and deputies were sent there in case the woman and her abductor showed up.

Cawthon said authorities are looking for two vehicles; one a black dodge pickup truck and the other a black Chevrolet pickup truck, in connection with the abduction.

One of the trucks is registered to the missing woman, Cawthon said.

"Right now we're just driving around out here looking for those trucks," Cawthon said.

The school went on a light lockdown just after noon and several deputies were sent to the campus.

A woman who answered the telephone in the superintendent's office confirmed the lockdown.

All students, faculty and staff members were sequestered inside the building.
