WACO (February 6, 2013)—Milton Donovan Forcey, 19, was indicted Wednesday for aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping in an incident in late December in which a man was robbed at gunpoint and then was forced to drive to various ATMs in Waco in an attempt to get more cash.

Forcey remained in the McLennan County Jail Wednesday in lieu of bonds totaling $1 million.

He was arrested on Dec. 30 after a man reported that he was held at gunpoint, robbed and then forced to drive from one ATM to another in an attempt to get more money for a gunman.

The victim said he was at a traffic light at North 18th Street and Bosque Boulevard when a car pulled up and the driver asked for help.

The victim offered his assistance, but then the assailant got into the victim’s car, pulled a handgun and demanded money.

The victim said he was then forced to drive to several other locations where he tried to get money from ATM’s but was unsuccessful.

The victim told officers at one point the gunman told him to ask other people for money.

Police said the victim made no effort to escape his attacker.

After the gunman released the victim, the man notified police.

The victim was injured slightly but did not require medical attention, police said.

Other Indictments

Bryant Jay Davis, a Mart juvenile detention facility corrections officer, was indicted for official oppression stemming from an assault on a 17-year-old detention center inmate last fall.

The incident happened at the TJJD facility in Mart, an arrest warrant affidavit says.

Davis was arrested at the facility.

The affidavit says Davis used his closed fist to hit the young inmate in the face and head at least 12 times.

The youth later had to be treated by a facility nurse for cuts to his face and one eye.

TJJD spokesman Jim Hurley said Davis was suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.

Marchon Dazeon Slaughter, 24, was indicted for aggravated robbery in an incident in which a man who had broken into a car pulled a gun on the woman who owned the car when she confronted him.

Jason Maltino Davis, 37, was indicted on two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child by contact.

He was arrested in December on warrants stemming from an investigation that started after a woman reported to police that her daughter had been sexually assaulted in October 2011, police said.

The child also reported that a man touched her inappropriately in September 2011.

Police said the sexual assault resulted in the 15-year-old victim's pregnancy.

David Vince Lopez was named in a six-count indictment charging three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and three counts of indecency with a child by contact.
