WACO (December 7, 2012)—A woman was robbed at gunpoint Friday evening as she left a business in a shopping center in the 2500 block of West Waco Drive.

The robber took her purse and a bag containing a bank deposit from the business.

The woman was walking toward the passenger side of a truck whose driver was picking her up when the man came up behind her, pointed a gun at her head and demanded the bank bag, police said.

It wasn’t clear how much money the bank bag contained.

The man also took the woman’s purse and headed toward North 26th Street.

He was black and was wearing a dark ski mask, police said.

Nobody was hurt.

Officers were reviewing security video from a bar in the shopping center Friday evening.
