Bus Crash That Killed Pregnant Coach Under Investigation

CARLISLE, Pa. (March 17, 2013)--Three people remained hospitalized Sunday with injuries from the crash of a bus carrying a college lacrosse team that killed a pregnant coach, her unborn child and the driver.

Two victims flown to Penn State Hershey Medical Center remained there Sunday, but no information was released about their names or conditions.

A woman was in satisfactory condition at Holy Spirit Hospital in Carlisle in Camp Hill and was expected to be discharged later Sunday.

Seton Hill University team players and coaches were among 23 people aboard when the bus crashed Saturday morning.

They were headed to a game Saturday afternoon at Millersville University.

Head coach Kristina Quigley, 30, of Greensburg died of her injuries at Hershey Medical Center, Cumberland County authorities said.

She was about six months pregnant, and her unborn son didn't survive.

The bus driver, Anthony Guaetta, 61, of Johnstown, died at the scene.

All others aboard were taken to several area hospitals as a precaution, but hospital officials said most were treated and released.
