NORTHRIDGE, Calif. (December 2, 2012)--Four people were found shot to death early Sunday, their bodies face down, outside a suburban Los Angeles house, police said.
Los Angeles police Lt. Terri Brinkmeyer said the victims were discovered at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday outside of a large white house in suburban Northridge.
She said homicide detectives were at the scene collecting evidence.
Cmdr. Andrew Smith told the Los Angeles Times that the gender and age of the victims were not immediately known because the bodies were facedown and had not been moved yet.
KNX-AM reported that the bodies were lined next to each other along a walkway.
Smith told the station it was too early to determine a suspect or motive.
