STOCKTON, Calif. (October 23, 2012)--Police say four people are dead in a murder-suicide in Stockton, Calif. where officers found a 64-year-old woman shot to death Monday afternoon at her home near the University of the Pacific.
A minivan spotted leaving the scene was found minutes later at an upscale retirement home, where police found an 88-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man dead from gunshot wounds inside a room.
A third woman was found dead in the back of the minivan.
The Record of Stockton reported firefighters tried to resuscitate her before covering her with a tarp.
The man is suspected of killing the women before taking his own life.
The victims have not been identified, and police have not disclosed a possible motive for the killings.
