CENTENNIAL, Colo. (January 11, 2013)--Colorado Judge William Sylvester says there's enough evidence for James Holmes to stand trial on charges that he killed 12 people and injured 70 others in a shooting rampage in a movie theater last summer in a Denver suburb.
Sylvester said Thursday that prosecutors have established probable cause on more than 160 felony counts.
Holmes was due to be arraigned Friday, but his defense attorneys filed papers Thursday saying he's not ready to enter a plea.
On Friday the judge granted the defense request and delayed arraignment until March 12.
