Man Arrested After Pulling Gun In Gas Station Line

NEW YORK (November 2, 2012)-- A motorist was arrested after he tried to cut in line at a gas station in Queens early Thursday and pointed a pistol at another motorist who complained, authorities in New York City said.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown says Sean Bailey, 35, of Queens, was arrested on charges of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

It wasn't clear whether he had a lawyer.

Damage from the storm forced many gas stations to close and has disrupted fuel deliveries, causing long lines at the gas stations that remained open.

If convicted, Bailey could face as much as 15 years in prison.
