ROCHESTER, N.Y. (April 13, 2012)—Bobbie Kugler, a Rochester, N.Y., woman accused of setting a house fire that killed four of her children, was in custody Friday, charged with arson and four counts of manslaughter, Rochester Fire Chief John Caufield said Friday.

Kugler is the mother of Gage Reavey, 14, Greg Kugler, 13, Kandee Kugler, 12, and Kaiden Kugler, 6, all of whom died in the Feb. 18 fire in their home.

A 2-year-old son survived.

Authorities say Kugler was arrested Friday and will be arraigned Saturday morning.
