NEW YORK (June 13, 2013)--New York City nanny Yoselyn Ortega, who’s accused of killing two children in her care, says someone else did it and says the charges against her "are all lies."
Ortega told the Daily News in a jailhouse interview that she didn't kill 2-year-old Leo Krim and his 6-year-old sister, Lucia, who were found dead on Oct. 25, 2012 in the bathtub of their Upper West Side apartment.
The Krims' third child, 4-year-old Nessie, wasn't home at the time.
Ortega pleaded not guilty to murder charges.
She didn't say who else could be responsible for the killings.
When the newspaper asked her if she loved the slain kids, she said, "My lawyer told me not to talk."
