Police Identify Headless Bodies Found In River

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (July 20, 2012)--Two decapitated bodies pulled this week from the Detroit River and a creek have been identified as those of a 42-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman.

Allen Park police say the victims were Chris Hall and Danielle Greenway, both residents of the Detroit suburb.

Officials from the Detroit and Allen Park police departments plan to talk to reporters at a news conference later Friday.

The U.S. Coast Guard recovered the torsos Tuesday.

A fisherman later spotted body parts underwater and along a seawall not far from where the torsos were found.

The Detroit News reports police searched an Allen Park home Thursday.
