SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (October 25, 2012)--A teenager who grabbed his attacker's cell phone led to the arrest of an Ohio college professor in connection with sexual assaults against young men.
Hollant "Max" Adrien, 52, was arrested on rape and kidnapping charges.
Adrien, who teaches French at Wittenberg University, pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Springfield police say Adrien has been connected to two rapes in the area, as well as the attack on a 17-year-old earlier this month.
In that case, the teenager pushed away his attacker and grabbed the assailant's bag and cell phone as he fled.
A subpoena of cell phone records identified Adrien as a suspect, and victims identified him in a photo lineup.
