MACUNGIE, Pa. (November 26, 2012)—Pennsylvania state police are investigating after 11 puppies were found dead and skinned Friday near an eastern Pennsylvania park outside of Allentown, the Lehigh County Humane Society said.
County humane society officials say testing will determine whether the puppies were domestic or wild.
The discovery was second disturbing animal death in the county in less than a week.
Police say a dog was discovered skinned and cooked about 20 miles away in Lynn Township.
