BILLINGS, Mont. (April 19, 2013)--Two men were in custody Friday in Montana on suspicion of negligent homicide hours after four bodies were removed from a burned-out mobile home near Billings, Mont.
Yellowstone County Sheriff Mike Linder said Zaccary John Kern and Robert Eric Bottenhagen were arrested Thursday night.
Jail records show both were facing four counts of negligent homicide and a felony arson charge.
Autopsies were planned Friday.
The victims' names won't be released until their family members are notified, officials said.
Firefighters were sent to the mobile home in Lockwood shortly after 4 a.m. Thursday.
Officers obtained a search warrant before entering the home and removing the bodies Thursday afternoon.
Capt. Bill Michaelis says the cause of the fire and how the people were killed are still under investigation.
