WILMINGTON, Del. (November 13, 2012)--Officers in Wilmington, Delaware arrested Jose Santiago on outstanding warrants after finding him standing in the middle of the road yelling obscenities.

But when Santiago was searched at headquarters, officers say they found crack cocaine and pot hidden in his prosthetic leg.

He’s now also facing drug and disorderly conduct charges.
