JUNEAU, Alaska (August 14, 2012)--Aaron Blust, 10, of Juneau, Alaska is an expert on school lunches and a budding chef who created a salmon dish that's earned him a trip to Washington.

He’s one of the winners of the national Healthy Lunchtime Challenge and he and his family won a trip to the nation's capital where Aaron will represent Alaska at the Kids State Dinner, hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House.
