WICHITA, Kan. (January 25, 2013)—The owners of a combination gun store and beauty shop, Jeffrey and Tracey Eberhart, have pleaded guilty to federal firearms charges, federal prosecutors said.

They billed their salon and gun store as, "Where Beauty and Bullets Collide" and they admit the Kansas shop, Tracey's Dream Weavers Salon and Sporting Goods, didn't keep the required records.

Jeffrey Eberhart is also a convicted felon and didn't have a federal firearms license.
