TRENTON, N.J. (February 27, 2013)--The New Jersey Supreme Court will decide whether a municipal court judge can moonlight as a standup comic.
A state ethics board earlier recommended that the judge, Vince Sicari, should give up his nigh job and an attorney who defends the decision says the standup routines could reflect badly on the judiciary.
But Sicari's attorney argues that the South Hackensack judge keeps both professions separate.
